This policy covers lanthic.com and the Lanthic + ARU Publishing integration used by our authorized team to prepare and share research content. The publishing integration is in development and is not a public account-management service.
Who is responsible
Vantara International Ltd. is responsible for the personal information processed for Lanthic. Its address is Skelton Building, Fishers Lane, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands. For privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests, contact info@lanthic.com. This policy does not cover the independent privacy practices of ARU's website, social networks or other external services.
Information we receive
When you subscribe to launch updates, we receive the email address you submit. When you contact us, we receive your contact details, message and any information you choose to include. Hosting and form providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and request logs to deliver their services, prevent abuse and diagnose problems. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information through the website.
How we use information
We use enquiries to respond to you and manage the relationship you initiate. We use subscribed email addresses to send the launch news and occasional research updates you requested. We also process information needed to operate and secure the website, prevent misuse, resolve technical issues and meet applicable legal obligations. Where consent is required, you can withdraw it. Where applicable, processing also rests on responding to your request, our legitimate interests in operating a secure service, or legal obligations.
Authorized social account connections
Our authorized team may connect Lanthic + ARU social accounts through Composio using the platforms' authorization screens. Depending on the permissions expressly granted, this can involve account identifiers, public profile details, content and media metadata, selected videos or images, publication status and account or content insights. The TikTok test configuration requests basic profile information and video uploads as drafts. Instagram permissions cover profile/media, publishing and insights; YouTube permissions cover video uploads and account viewing. Permissions and availability can change, and the authorization screen shows the permissions requested for each connection. Website visitors do not need to connect a social account.
Publishing data and access tokens
Account access is used to identify the connected account, prepare and deliver authorized content, and check relevant publishing results. Composio and the connected platforms process authorization tokens to enable those functions. Tokens are credentials and must not be included in public posts or shared publicly. Connecting an account does not give us permission to publish unrelated content or access permissions you have not granted. We do not request Instagram message or comment management for this integration.
Service providers and external platforms
The site's subscription form uses Formspree to process submissions. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's font servers. Website hosting providers process requests necessary to serve the site. Composio handles our social account connections and publishing requests; TikTok, Meta/Instagram and Google/YouTube process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Providers may process data outside your country, subject to their applicable contractual and legal safeguards. We do not sell personal information. We do not use social account data for advertising targeting or to train AI models.
Cookies and browser requests
The current site does not include advertising trackers or a dedicated visitor analytics script. The animated visual runs in your browser without sending pointer movements to us. External providers may use cookies or similar technologies when you interact with their services or submit a form. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking them may affect external services.
Retention and security
We retain enquiries and subscription information for as long as needed for the purpose for which they were provided, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve a dispute. Publishing providers retain connected-account data, tokens and operational records according to their services and settings. When access is no longer needed, we remove the connection and request deletion of associated data where supported, subject to legal or necessary security records. We use access controls and limit access to authorized people; no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices, revocation and rights
To stop launch updates, use the unsubscribe option in an email where available, or email info@lanthic.com. Authorized account owners can revoke the application's access in the relevant social platform's account settings and remove the connection in Composio. Revoking access stops future authorized API access but does not remove content already published on a social platform. To request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable, email info@lanthic.com with enough information to identify the relevant data or account. We may need proportionate identity verification. Applicable law may also give you the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Children and changes
Our website and team publishing integration are not directed at children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can address it. We may update this policy when our practices change. The date below identifies the latest version, and material changes will be communicated where required.
