These terms apply to lanthic.com, its research and related content, and the Lanthic + ARU Publishing integration used by our authorized team. Lanthic is operated by Vantara International Ltd., Skelton Building, Fishers Lane, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands. Please read these terms before using the services.
Purpose of the website
Lanthic publishes information and research about metals, strategic materials, supply chains, energy and the physical economy, and shares information about its development. The site and publishing integration are informational services. References to ARU or other projects do not create an affiliation with a social platform or change any separate terms governing those projects.
Information, not a public offer
Content is general information and is not individualized financial, investment, legal, tax or trading advice, a recommendation to transact, or an offer to sell or solicitation to buy a security, token or commodity. No purchase, subscription to an investment or other transaction is created by viewing the site or signing up for updates. Any future product or transaction requires its own definitive terms and applicable eligibility checks. You remain responsible for your decisions and for obtaining appropriate professional advice.
Research and third-party sources
Research may contain estimates, opinions, forward-looking statements and references to external sources. Markets, regulations and supply conditions change. We seek to present useful information but do not guarantee completeness, accuracy or continuing availability. Publication dates matter, and content may be updated or corrected. Third-party sources remain responsible for their own content.
Permitted use and intellectual property
You may read the site, share links and quote limited extracts with clear attribution, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. Lanthic's original text, branding and visual assets are protected by intellectual property rights. Unless permitted by law or by written permission, do not reproduce substantial parts of the site, resell its content, use its marks to imply endorsement, or remove attribution. Rights in quoted or linked third-party material belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the services, interfere with their security or availability, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or infringing material, or use the services for spam or deceptive activity. Automated access must respect applicable law, technical restrictions and the rights of others. We may restrict access to address abuse or security risks.
Launch updates and enquiries
Submitting your email requests the updates described beside the form. You can unsubscribe or contact info@lanthic.com to stop them. An enquiry does not create a contract, advisory relationship or obligation to supply a product. Do not submit confidential information unless we have separately agreed how it will be handled. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Authorized social publishing
Lanthic + ARU Publishing is an internal workflow for authorized account owners and team members, not a public service for connecting arbitrary accounts. Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You must review the permissions requested, hold the necessary rights to submitted media, and comply with the connected platform's rules. Content should be reviewed before submission. Draft upload and direct publishing are separate actions; connecting an account alone does not approve every future publication. Platform review, account eligibility, quotas and available permissions may limit or prevent publishing. The TikTok integration is currently in development/testing.
Connected services and revocation
Composio, TikTok, Instagram/Meta, YouTube/Google, Formspree and other external services operate under their own terms. We do not control their availability, moderation decisions or changes to their interfaces. Authorized account owners can revoke application access through their social platform settings and remove the connection in Composio. Removing a connection does not delete content already published; manage that content in the relevant platform. Protect your login details and notify us of suspected unauthorized use involving our integration.
Availability and responsibility
Services may change, be suspended or become unavailable, and information may be provided without a warranty except where applicable law requires one. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss arising from reliance on general research, external services or interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for fraud or deliberate wrongdoing.
